Controller and DPO
The controller is moonwalkHQ SAS, 10 rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France. For Draawee privacy questions or rights requests, write to privacy@moonwalkapp.com with “Draawee” in the subject, or send your request to the registered office. This shared privacy contact is published on Moonwalkapp. The identity and scope of any appointed DPO remain to be confirmed; a contact mailbox alone does not establish a DPO appointment.
Rights and representation
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Consent-based processing can be stopped for the future. If acting for a child, explain your capacity; verification of identity and authority must remain proportionate.
Preparing a request
Suggested text: “Hello, I wish to exercise my [right] concerning data linked to Draawee. Information needed to locate the request: [provide only what is necessary]. Please let me know the outcome. Reply contact: [contact].” Do not attach identity documents or sensitive data by default. This page does not submit a request. Send the request yourself to privacy@moonwalkapp.com and identify Draawee in the subject.
Response and complaints
The GDPR generally requires a response within one month of receiving a request. Justified extensions and legal limitations may apply. Preparing or downloading a template does not start that period because the publisher has not received it. You may complain to the CNIL.
Before launch
Confirm the scope of the shared privacy contact and any DPO appointment; map data, purposes, bases, processors, countries, retention and any AI-training uses; verify deletion, export and credit restoration; evaluate a DPIA where needed; and provide information before a drawing is sent or a purchase is confirmed.
