This presentation website explains Draawee, offers illustrative motion previews and provides information. It does not accept drawing uploads, generate films, register users or process purchases. Application terms below are a draft that must be finalised and made available before commercial use.
Definitions
“App” means the Draawee application; “Website” means the Draawee presentation website; “User” means the adult operating the service; “Child profile” means a way to organise a child’s creations, not an independent account; “Content” means a drawing, story or film; “Credits” means units used to request generation, not mooncoins or money redeemable for cash; “Services” means the functions actually offered by Draawee.
An adult-led experience
A parent or responsible adult operates the app, approves stories, manages purchases and chooses recipients. The adult must have the necessary authority to submit artwork and information about a child. Child profiles do not necessarily constitute independent user accounts.
Creating a film
The planned flow is to photograph a drawing, name its author and character, choose a mood, then select and edit an AI-suggested story. The credit cost is shown before generation. Processing takes time. Applicable formats, technical requirements, durations and prices are those communicated in the app before confirmation. Illustrative website previews do not guarantee equivalent outputs.
Content and permitted use
Users retain the rights they hold in their drawings. The intended authorisation is limited to reproduction, processing and transmission needed to deliver the requested output. Uploading must not imply general advertising or AI-training permission. The licence, processors and retention need to be specified. Generated content is not guaranteed to be exclusive or automatically protected by copyright. Do not submit unlawful material or unnecessary identifying information.
AI and responsibility
AI can produce unexpected or inaccurate results. Adults should review stories before generation and outputs before showing or sharing them. These limitations do not remove the publisher’s legal conformity and safety duties. No clause excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Access, purchases and changes
Compatibility, account requirements, backup, recovery and the consequences of changing devices or reinstalling must be confirmed. Do not assume credits and data will automatically be recovered. Purchases are governed by sales terms and the relevant store terms. Privacy is described separately. Material changes must be communicated appropriately without retrospectively removing consumer rights. The effective date and final operational terms remain to be completed; mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules continue to apply.
Acceptance and duration
The draft provides for terms of use to be shown before first use of the service and sales terms before a paid order, with a way to retain accepted terms. Browsing this website does not trigger a purchase or subscription. Contractual acceptance is not blanket consent to all data processing. The final text must specify the acceptance mechanism actually implemented and its effective date.
An adult may stop using the service. Data deletion and subscription cancellation are separate steps governed by the app and purchase channel. Suspension for fraud, unlawful content or security reasons must be proportionate and respect applicable rights; this draft does not provide automatic forfeiture of purchased credits for inactivity.
