moonwalkHQ is the seller of the Draawee offers it markets. This presentation website accepts no orders or payments. Each store’s role and the applicable terms must be specified before ordering through the actual channel.
Prices and ordering
The planned model includes one-off credit packs and a subscription with a monthly allowance. Prices, quantities, taxes, currency, territorial restrictions, compatibility and delivery information must be shown before confirmation. No prices are invented here. Each generation’s credit cost must be visible before spending. A paid order must clearly indicate a payment obligation and be confirmed on a durable medium as required.
Credits and failed generation
Validity periods for pack and subscription credits, their order of use, renewal, rollover and restoration rules remain to be confirmed for each offer. This draft establishes no non-expiration or spending-priority rule. Conditions and timing for returning credits after failed generation must be confirmed on the server. Keep the generation reference when contacting support. These arrangements do not replace legal consumer remedies.
Subscription and cancellation
Subscriptions are intended to renew automatically according to the price and frequency shown at purchase. Apple and Google subscriptions are managed through the store account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Effective cancellation dates, remaining access and any legally required direct cancellation feature must be documented for the actual offer.
Withdrawal rights
Distance contracts generally provide a fourteen-day withdrawal period, depending on legal classification. AI use alone does not remove this right. The classification of credits, services and outputs must be validated. For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, loss of withdrawal rights requires the applicable conditions, including prior express agreement to begin, express acknowledgement of the loss and the required confirmation. Service contracts have different rules for early and completed performance. A clause hidden in general terms is insufficient.
Withdrawal form
To moonwalkHQ SAS, 10 rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France — support@moonwalkapp.com (Draawee): “I hereby withdraw from the contract for [offer/order], entered into on [date]. Consumer’s name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature only for a paper request.” Use this only when the right applies. The actual receiving channel must be operational. Store refund procedures do not override mandatory rights.
Legal guarantees
Applicable legal guarantees for digital content and services remain available. Under the French conformity regime, one-off supplies generally cover existing defects appearing within two years of supply; continuous supplies cover defects during the agreed supply period. Rules on proof, conformity remedies, price reduction, termination and updates apply as relevant. The exact mandatory disclosures and statutory wording must be added for the final offer; optional commercial guarantees do not replace legal rights.
Complaints and mediation
Complaint contact and process: support@moonwalkapp.com — moonwalkHQ SAS, 10 rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France (Draawee). Identify the consumer mediator actually appointed by the publisher, with address and website. No mediator is invented. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules remain in force. Legal review is required before opening purchases.
